Some common quality problems of light steel keel gypsum board ceiling projects are as follows.

        (1) The ceiling is uneven. The main reason for this problem is that when the large keel is installed, the leveling of the boom is not in place, resulting in inconsistent elevations of each boom point. In order to avoid this problem, the tightness of each lifting point should be checked during construction, and whether its elevation and flatness meet the design requirements.

        (2) The structure of the local nodes of the light steel frame is unreasonable. In order to avoid this problem, holes, lamp openings, ventilation openings, etc., should be constructed according to the corresponding nodes in the design, and the keels and connectors should be arranged to make the structure meet the requirements.

        (3) The light steel frame is not fastened firmly. In order to avoid this problem, it should be ensured that the light steel frame of the suspended ceiling is hung on the main structure, and the suspender nuts are tightened to control the fixed design elevation; the top pipeline and equipment parts shall not be fixed on the light steel frame.

        (4) The gap between the cover panels is not straight. In order to avoid this problem, attention should be paid to the plate specifications during construction, the alignment of the cables, and the straightness and alignment of the plates when installing and fixing them.
